NiceJob really gets it

anyone else checking out NiceJob for reviews? I was poking around their site and the SMS Review Invites look solid. heard they even connect with ServiceTitan too, which is huge for us. their free trial is legit, no credit card needed for 14 days.

Automated follow-ups were good, but setup a bit clunky

the automated follow-ups are great, but managing the multi-location review management setup was a pain.

Really helped with reviews

So I decided to try NiceJob's Review Request Automation stuff for my little shop. It was super easy to set up. I got like, way more reviews on Facebook in the first month than I usually do. Felt good, like it's actually working. Definitely made things less of a headache.

Worth the free trial, then paid

As a first-time buyer, I was really looking for something that offered good value. The 14-day free trial for their Review Management Software was perfect because it didn't even ask for my credit card. I tested it out, saw how well it gathered reviews, and felt it was worth the monthly cost. The automated system definitely saved me time and got me new reviews on Google and Yelp. Pretty happy with what I paid for.

Consistent performance, easy to use

I've been using NiceJob for a while now for my small business, and it's always been reliable. My recent renewal for the Review Management Software was smooth, just like past times. The automated follow-ups continue to bring in good reviews for my Google profile. It's nice not having to worry about that part of my marketing.

Good value, some room for improvement

My experience with the Reputation Marketing Platform was mostly positive. The Google Review Management tools worked well, and I saw a clear improvement in my online presence. I signed up for the annual plan, which offered a decent discount. My main feedback would be that the initial setup, while guided, took a bit longer than I expected to fully integrate with my existing systems. Customer support was helpful when I reached out, though. Overall, a solid service.

I'm looking to get more Google reviews. How effective is NiceJob at actually getting customers to leave them?

A Alex A. 2 months ago
The automated SMS invites are key. People are way more likely to click a text link than an email, in my experience. And it directly links them to leave a Google review which is awesome.

It's good! The key is the follow-up. It keeps pestering them (nicely) a few times until they either leave a review or opt-out. That persistence works.

Trying to compare NiceJob vs Podium. Anyone used both and have thoughts on which is better for a small service business?

M Marcus Patel 1 month ago
I used Podium for a bit before switching. NiceJob felt more focused on just getting reviews and making that process super easy. Podium had more bells and whistles but I didn't use half of them. Price-wise, NiceJob was a bit more attractive for what I needed.

Depends what you're after. Podium has broader communication tools, but if your main goal is review generation and local SEO, NiceJob is really good at that. I'd say NiceJob is probably more bang for your buck on the review side.

I saw something about a free trial. Do they make you put in your credit card details for that, or can you just sign up and check it out?

L Laura 2 months ago
Nah, no credit card needed for the trial. You can just sign up and kick the tires for a couple weeks.

Can confirm, I started the trial without entering any card info. Pretty nice not having to remember to cancel right away.

Hey guys, thinking about signing up. Does NiceJob really make a difference for a small business or is it just another subscription service that collects dust?

J Josh T. 2 months ago
Honestly, for me it's been pretty solid. I own a local plumbing company and getting those Google reviews boosted my calls a lot. It's not magic, but it definitely helps if you're consistent.

Yeah, I'd say it's worth it if you actually use the features. The automated review requests are super helpful. Just gotta make sure you're asking happy customers.

Does this platform help with managing reviews across multiple locations? We have a few branches and it's a nightmare keeping up.

T Todd Walsh 2 months ago
Oh yeah, absolutely. They have multi-location management built in. You can see all your reviews from different spots in one dashboard, which is super handy.

My company has two locations and it works fine. Each location has its own profile but you can manage it all from one main account. Saves a ton of time.
